The location was favourable, in the middle of jackson. Pimpri district was worth staying in. We stayed in a comfy and neat room.

All the staff was friendly, tackled my issues. The room was extremely spacious and neat, it felt like at home. There was plenty of nice meals.

During my stay, the staff was always available to help, from the security guard in the parking lot to the restaurant personnel. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, and the food was better than expected. Although the linens were not of high quality, the towels and bedsheets were washed daily.

The breakfast was not as advertised and denied to me during my stay.

The linen had some stains and the room lacked fresh air due to fixed glass windows. the check-in process was delayed, and the hotel initially provided the wrong room type.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs, close to transportation and in a good area of the city. The staff were excellent and always willing to help us. We found the hotel facilities to be clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious.
